I'm getting careless in my old age.
I should have mentioned that I tried the fillcolor property.
On further investigation, it turns it's not a vector shape, but a plain old
shape. I checked the properties, and it is a #line, not a filled shape--it
is just so thick it fooled me. A line has a #filled property, but I don't
see any color properties at all (looking in the property inspector in list
view).
It's odd that I can't edit it in the paint window, though. I'm going to try
drawing a new #line shape with the color I want.
Thanks--and sorry I led you astray.
Cordially,
Kerry Thompson
