That's not a good argument. For example, setting the PC in our
conference room to 1024 x 768 made it work at 120 Hz, and the picture
was noticeably broken up. Changing the refresh rate to 75 Hz cured
the problem. So, if there was refresh rate control from Lingo, you
could use it to stop the video out from harming monitors.
