I have to agree with Kerry.  I wrote an xtra for setPixel's demo contest and
decided against putting in on option to change the refresh rate.  If the
user doesn't know what he/she is doing they they can potentially fry the
monitor.  I didn't want the Xtra to be responsible for something like that.
