>Oh dear, who am I to listen to?
Everybody :-) There are usually numerous solutions for any given problem, all of them right. We toss them out to you, and you decide which to use. For example, puppetSound vs. sound objects. Each has its place--one is right for this circumstance, the other is right for another. It's probably information overload for someone climbing Director's rather steep learning curve, but at least you're being given options. You'll find that a lot of times there's a lot of cross-talk and discussion on the merits of an approach or function. It's all healthy, and keeps us all informed. And don't worry, our egos aren't too fragile. If you choose Buzz's approach over mine, that's fine. I think you'll find most of us feel that way. So continue with your questions--you're obviously bright and motivated, and you will be an asset to the List in years to come.
