We are not your parents. 

Not worry about it. There are at least two approaches to every Lingo
problem, use one that works and fits the way you think and code. Get it
to work and we're all happy.

For the most part, you'll have to explicitly* tell someone they're a
jerk or a fool to get them to "withdraw further advice and help".
