This absolutely is a Lingo question. From a pure Lingo point of
view, there is absolutely nothing wrong with having two behaviors.
The implementation question of whether they should be separate
behaviors or roll them into one depends on your "user interface
spec". If it is always the case that whenever you have a sprite that
has the rollover behavior you also have the cursor change behavior,
then just as a matter of convenience (to you as the programmer) and
consistency (to the end user), then I would build them both into a
single behavior. However, if there are circumstances where you would
use one without the other, then I would build them as separate
behaviors, attach which ever you need - and in the cases where you
need both, attach both.
