Hi!

Maybe the answer to my question is a straight and simple "no", but I will
post it anyway:

Is it possible to change the member of a sprite with the playback head not
being on the corresponding frame?


For example: Suppose the playback head is in frame 5 and you wanted to
program this:

sprite(1 of frame 10).member = "x".



Here's why I would like to be able to do this:

I want to change the cast member of a Quicktime sprite before I enter that
sprite, because if I change it in an on beginSprite handler, the change
causes a flickering.
