Actually, you don't need a utility--it's built into Director. Xtras -> 
Update Movies -> protect.

 >> Very Important << Be *sure* you have a copy backed up first. Do it in a 
separate directory before you even start this process--don't trust 
Director's built-in backup option. Once you protect a movie, there is no 
way--repeat, NO WAY--to get the code back from the protected copy.
