I did a project a couple years ago, in 7.02, that had a very large property list--about 1,000 glossary words and their definitions. The words were converted to symbols, but the definitions were strings--fairly long ones at times. It all worked well, and was pretty stable--the products is still being sold. The only problem I found was that occasionally my hyperlinks mysteriously lost their value, but I don't think had anything to do with the lists. Or did it?
