Hi Tom,
you can do your ISO image after you download ALL in right tree
directories.

mkdir /data
mkdir /data/install

Download all what you need into/under install directory

cd /data/install
mkisofs -a -J -r -v -o ../zLinux-2.4.x.iso .

Your ISO file will be in /data directory.
