Red Hat does not, as a matter of policy, include *any* OCO drivers in its systems. When I worked at Compaq, they refused to even consider it for any Compaq hardware, period. OCO drivers violate the very spirit of Linux, to their way of thinking, and they refuse to support them. Period. It's arguable that, while Red Hat may be doing its customers a disservice, IBM is doing them a greater disservice by releasing the drivers as OCO in the first place. That would certainly be Red Hat's argument.
