first of all: many thanks to all answering my question. But it is still not working as expected.
Here some more information about what i did since yesterday:
1. ACTION : Removed all CPU statements from USER DIRECT. So by now there is just the default from the MACHINE statement. Output from Q VIRUALT CPUS: CPU 00 ID FF0552CA20640000 (BASE) So there is just one CPU using CPUID 00
As result form this VM recognizes the shutdown, but does still not logoff the guest
Output from guest: md: stopping all md devices. Power down. HCPGIR450W CP entered; disabled wait PSW 00020001 80000000 00000000 00000FFF
Output from OPERATOR console: 06:14:12 HCPSHU960I System shutdown may be delayed for up to 150 seconds 06:14:26 HCPSIG2113I User LNX203 has reported successful termination
2. ACTION (as written by Alan) Removed vmpoff=LOGOFF from zipl.conf, but still no succsess
