Looking at the previous Q NIC DET output, the problem could be that the
portname of nic 700 shows UNASSIGNED, but it's connected to VSWITCHE
who's portname is OSA3600.  That would explain why nic 600 is working
(VSWITCH1 portname really is UNASSIGNED, state is "Session Established")
and 700 isn't (state is "CM_CONNECT").
