Not necessarily. Has the Intel box been patched really recently? If not, I would try that first. The version on my system that seems to work is yast2-online-update-2.9.21-0.3 It looks as though YOU is concatenating two separate file names (with a blank between them): kernel-update.ycp%20install-kernel-non-interactive.sh If you look at the directory on the web server, there is a kernel-update.ycp and a install-kernel-non-interactive.sh, so something is going wrong in the construction of the curl command to retrieve stuff.
