Not in it's current state.  It started out too Intel/AMD focused.  Now that 
Power development is ongoing, that's changed somewhat, but nothing has been 
done to make it work on System z.  Work on KVM on System z has been happening 
for a while now.  Carten Otte of IBM has been very busy on that, but I don't 
know how usable it is at this point.  Even if it's on par with the other 
architectures, KVM is a user/administrator's nightmare (and that's being 
charitable).
