Sounds like you lost your 900 address which I assume is an OSA.. Any chance the wrong IODEF got loaded after your POR? Or that the IODEF was changed (incorrectly) and that's what the POR was for?
Scott p.s. If this is a guest under z/VM, then check the directory entry and login and watch the startup to see why the 900 doesn't get attached.
