Yes, but you'll be taking a chance on really screwing up your system.  
Installing SLES11 packages on a SLES10 system means you're mixing things that 
were built with
- different compilers
- different glibc
- different kernel
- a whole bunch of other things that were never put together, let alone tested.

What ever you have that requires Java 1.6 should be run on SLES11.  What ever 
you have that requires SLES10 SP2 should not be using Java 1.6.
