The SLES 11 Installation Guide says you can install it on a Pentium III.
That doesn't mean you want to but you could if you did want to.  Pentium III
was announced early 1999.  That's over 10 years old.

The point is, it's a Pentium and it still works.  I think the same should go
for zLinux.  If it's a z architecture box, it would be nice if it could be
supported.  Grant it, there has to be a limit to everything.
