No, you don't - I even verified that by exchanging the two fans'
connections - 
and now, again only fan1 RPM was displayed, but in fact it was fan2...
But as the situation is the same in BIOS chipset setup, my guess is that 
the line from the fan connector to the Winbond chip is missing for fan2
or 
something like that (the fans are identical and do have 3 lines).
So, I don't worry any more about that.
BTW, did you also have to edit "sensors.conf", exchanging the entries
for
sensor 2 and 8, so that 8 is "VCore2" and 2 is "VTT" (what's that ?) as
in 
chipset setup ? And, the temp. seem to be ordered different to me; I
guess,
temp1 is CPU0, temp2 "System" and temp3 CPU1.
