hmmm,
samab is pretty easy to get going, so I can't imagine where the problem
is, especially where printing is concerned.
Connecting to the linux box is a good idea. you can do some pretty fancy
auditing with it. ou also have an option (from my scripts) to deny access
to certain users based on login names..
