Tracking IP addresses is not a solution for every problem. ISPs assign
dynamic IP addresses. If it is one IP address then fine, it can be done
easily.
There are many issues linked to it.
1. The lists.linux-india.org Mail Server should not allow mails from any
domain which the DNS cannot resolve. This stops a lot of Spam.
2. If DNS can be verified, and if it is not desireable to block that
domain, then mail has to be blocked based on contents like:
Mail_from:
Subject:
and message body containing certain Key words.
This is what currently comes to me. Others may like to add to it.
