basically we can't do anything.. but we can always try and find out his
e-mail id and flood his inbox for some time.. and get him kicked out of this
mailing list... (any other ideas like beating him up is not worth the pain i
guess)

basically what i ment is that some isps (vsnl does this on some of their
numbers even now!!) don't provide a reverse lookup on all their ip addresses
and this just makes the process a bit more difficult.. (we can find out who
is alloted the ip address in question from a whois server and use that info
to track the isp/user...)
