yeah i know that.. what i mean is that we can identify the isp from the ip
addresses (this is possible) and we can get a time when the ip address was
in use.. and most isps can use this to track down the username/phone no with
this kind of info.. recall the recent newspaper report abt a person who was
caught by delhi police with the help of vsnl becauz he was stealing internet
accounts.. i think that most isps wud like to cooperate with us in this
kinda situation.. and also there r still many isps which don't resolve
hostnames from ip addresses (vsnl isdn has this problem for 1) so it is not
going to be very effective...
