And what the heck are you going to do with that fellow even if you catch
him? Beat him up? Go to Police crying that he sent a funny mail on our
mailing list. What are the laws in India that prevent you from sending a
seemingly naughty mail?
Well If ISPs cannot resolve domain names - they are not worth becoming an
ISP. I feel sorry for them.
