Thanks, Jared. That is just the kind of information I was looking for 
but unable to find because I have difficulty matching the model number 
in the sales information ("Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series 2-in-1") with 
the designation in the certification website ("Dell Inspiron 3147 Laptop").

This laptop looks promising.
