I m running squid with 5 users and also ftp_proxy which is part of the new suse proxy suite which means I don't have to run IP masquared on the box as most services the other users need are covered Squid works fine it is a P233 with 128 MB ram and makes it appear that the net connection is faster >Do you have any feel for what size installation would be required for squid >proxying to make sense.
