Hi Klaus, I did check the PrimaryDVB line. first I tried to set it to the second card through vdr, result: the OSD went away (probably to the second card .-) Then I set this line directly in the setup.conf-file to no avail, I even tried to set it to "0".
The funny thing is that I couldn't back up to a working system with vdr094 and the older driver version which worked ok before. This leads me to the impression that there must be something which had been reconfigured hardware-wise like PCI-interrupts or so. I have no idea - anybody? Thanks anyway and I try the 096 with the latest driver. And by the way, thank you for making this possible at all. That goes equally to the Metzler-brothers and to anybody who has contributed to this project, thanks. bye, Benjamin -- Benjamin Harling mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Telefon (0531) 52255 * Telefax (0531) 2506787 > Von: Klaus Schmidinger <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Organisation: CadSoft Computer GmbH > Datum: Wed, 26 Sep 2001 23:05:03 +0200 > An: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Betreff: [linux-dvb] Re: second DVB-s not used anymore > > Benjamin Harling wrote: >> >> hi, >> >> lately I installed vdr.0.9.5 with driver from 20010923. >> >> Before I had vdr.0.9.4 with driver 20010822. >> >> Equipment is a 350 MHz K6-II with one Hauppauge DVB-S and one NOVA-Card. >> Everything worked well up until I installed 0.9.5 with driver 20010923.
