Not that it's very useful for Dr.Miro, just one more piece known to work
(also master on secondary IDE). I use Kingston Technology's 32MB CF
and CF reader from PC Engines (CFDISK.1a IDE-CF adapter). Also recently
got SiliconTech SLCF032B 32MB CF, no name 32MB CF (only has lable
98 DDI, DD3164, CFLSI1V3-032) and PC Engines CFDISK.1b reader.
When I try those will post results.
