I asked them that very question thursday at the embedded systems conference.
It turns out they do _not_ do wear leveling; however, after every write it
does a read to check for corruption.  If it finds a failure, it maps out that
block and maps in a new block (they have a certain number of blocks held in
reserve for such cases).
