Given that the software runs not only on Linux but also on *BSD, Solaris
and potentially any UN*X-like OS, could I suggest that the names try,
where reasonably possible, not to be based on 'linux'.

Note the "where reasonably possible".  If things are finely balanced, then
I'd suggest a slight nudge away from a explicit 'linux-' naming.  (The
more abstract shortened form 'lha-' suggested above would be reasonable.)

(I realise that "linux-ha" is a sort of brand name, almost now up to the
level of the "heartbeat" name; that's fine.  Indeed I myself even
introduced the default "/opt/LXHAhb" (spot the derivation!) location on
Solaris.)


Just a fraction of a cent's worth...
