Hi all,
I opened a bug (1596) on the 13th (a week ago) about a problem I
haven't been able to solve. I opened the bug on the suggestion of a
member of this list. Since then I've tried other things to fix the bug
but haven't had any luck.
During this time it looks like the bug hasn't been reviewed. Is there
some way I can make sure I have submitted the bug properly or to the
proper place? Currently it is here:

I hope I am not pestering. :( This problem is keeping me from moving
beyond the testing phase of my deployment.
