You filed the bug OK. We're missing though your configuration.
Please attach it to the bug report. It could also be helpful if
you turn on debugging and attach the logs as well.

I've updated the bug with a copy of my config files and links to the log
files after debugging was turned on. This was done on Debian Etch (fresh
install) after installing from source 2.0.8.
