Hi, it is true that all servers are not there all the time. I don't know
anything about your mirror site for sunsite.unc.edu but it sounds like it
has some problems.

        As a rule, sunsite.unc.edu is always up. But it gets very slow at
times with many users. Usually just after a new kernel is put up. I have
hit contrib.redhat.com when it was down. I kept trying and in about 30
minutes I got on and got the software.

        So I have learned not to panic if the site doesn't answer. For a
few weeks www.f6fbb.org was down. I think John-Paul had to find another
internet provider.
