I belive you realy mean ax25-utils-2.1.42-(a) as there is no 2.0.42 as i
recall. That is the version to use with 2.0.35 and of course 2.0.36.
Kernel 2.0.35/2.0.36 have all the ax-modules paches included into it, so
thers no need to patch.
As to axattach its now called "kissattach".
There are other differances also, (depending on which ax25-utils version
you previously used) ie; config files now reside in /etc/ax25 instad of
/usr/local/etc i suggest you read the INSTALL and README files in the sub
dirs of the 2.1.42a package for more info.
The AX25-HOWTO should be on your system, IF you included the "HOWTO's
Documentation at install time, i belive SUSE installs them under;
/usr/doc/howto and its called AX25-HOWTO.gz.
It is now a little out of date, but with the information i have given it
should help you along the road..
O yes, in case you dont have the AX25-HOWTO installed it can also be found
at; http://sunsite.unc.edu/LDP/HOWTO/AX25-HOWTO.html
