hello everybody,
after a long while and some system upgrade (different mainboard & SuSE
5.3) I found my axattach not working anymore (obvisiously ncurses
conflict).
I looked for more current versions of ax25tools, found version 2.0.42
only, requiring a 2.1.* Kernel or 2.0 and module 13. I do not know the
current state of the "stock" Kernel (I am using 2.0.35, SuSE patched)
and which axtools to use.
I could compile 2.0.42 without problems. Found axattach to be missing,
due to some other changes. I did not find the ax25 HOWTO, specially the
german version.
With a few hints to the nessesarry stuff and doc's I'd be back on the
air.
Any hints???
