Sorry Karl, wrong.
I started doing Satellite packet in about 1993 and used a TrackBox for antenna
tracking.
I stopped a few years later.
This project is to add a new program to the range of amateur radio programs for Linux.
I have no use for it myself :-(
For those interested in the development of Jtrack ...
I intend to add Sun and Moon tracking to the program using dedicated routines and not
bodged Keperian Elements. The GTK toolkit looks very nice and I had an interesting
afternoon/evening hacking it. Shame about my disc crash this morning ... I'll see if
I can recover anything from it this evening.
I can't wait for the weekend to get the rest of the source code.
