I'm sorry I misunderstood, I saw the letters TK in it and assumed that it was a 
version of TK (GNU TK ?)
so I thought, aaah not C/C++. Apologies, I will evaluate some toolkits in a few weeks, 
it is important
that I have a good raw X widget for the map of course.

As said earlier my floppy was corrupt so I can't do anything for a while anyway :-( 
Also Easter is about
to get in the way.
