Hi Richard,
TNOS is no longer supported but the latest version has been stable
for a gateway device. JNOS is still supported but has not been real active
except in the DOS area.
If I were doing it I would use the ax25-utils and go that way. I'm
not sure which kernel you have in Slack ver 4. That makes a differance in
which version of the ax25-utils you need to get.
Read about it in the ax25-HOWTO paper before doing anything. Also
look there for how to use NOS in Linux. Be aware you can use these Linux
devices and never turn on Netrom...
