This is completly off-topic, but ...
I am not very well informed, but Spain is using old callsigns, like
mine (EA4ACL), although the problem of going out of callsigns was
never seen here. So there is enough callsigns (maybe cb callsings
are another problem).
Hamradio is not very active here this years, I think ...
