There is bug in hdrvcomm.h - "#undef HDRVC_KERNEL 1" .. should be #define ..
I have patch fixing this (and some other things) but had quite a busy week and
no time to send it .. will hurry up now :)

Anyway I wonder why someone changed this to #undef especially when the "new"
axutils are not so new as it would seem.
