This is probably the RH libc6.1 broken includes problem.  I believe this
is fixed but some of the includes were in such a bad state that it would
of taken way too much effort to do it.

I'm trying to get a list of what is needed and missing.  It seems with
the new soundriver code and utils there was a fair bit of duplication.

I got that bug, it is part of Tomi's mega patch he will get to me when
he has time.  Some of the fixes I have seen for this problem are
likely to cause other problems in the future so I'm sitting tight for
now.
