No offense, BUT
It's too bad that this operating system doesn't work as nicely as my old
Timex/Sinclair box that ran on a cassette and my 13" B&W TV. I had a
simple listen program written in BASIC with no permission hassles or
anything. An added plus to the system was that there wasn't any hassle
or wasted precious time with bothering to touch an Alt-F2 or Alt-F3 key or
clicking one of those darn mouse keys.
Maybe you guys could take an afternoon off and re-write the linux kernel
in BASIC so the rest of us could avoid reading the HOW-TO's and one of
those unix books and instead scroll through a couple of million lines of
BASIC, which, although not *quite* as efficient, is much easier to
understand.
I'm sure the criticism factor would drop off to nothing!
