The module count should be exactly the same as the number of lines in
/pro/net/ax25.

The problem however _only_ affects incoming AX.25 connections and even
then only incoming _user_ AX.25 connections, not for example NET/ROM
interlink connections. Please check that one more time.

Interface type shouldn't have anything to do with it.

Just "cat /proc/net/ax25" and see if the second last figure on the
line never drops below 32 during the connection.
