Add initial support for Mettler-Toledo Snowflake V2 terminal.
The board is using Kontron SL i.MX 8M Mini SoM with 1GB RAM.

Supported board features:
* 7" Display with touchscreen
* RS-232
* I2S Audio
* SD-card/eMMC
* USB
