Netvision w/Cable are bunch of low life SOB's!!! I was connected to Matav + Netvision for a while but now they had to change it from dialless to VPN. What a bummer. I switched to ADSL now, cause I want Static IP and Actcom is the only ISP that gives it for free. Others demand between 20$-30$ / m.
