Not accurate. Barak also claim to give a permanent IP. I explicitly verified this with them, and everyone there from TechSup to System they confirmed this. I signed up with them for that reason, and after my IP changed in 3 days, and I went overturning tables, it turned out that they only give a perm IP for the 1.5MB bundle, not for the 0.5 bundle. That's if the latter information is in any way more reliable than the former info I was given, where all DSL bundles go with perm IP. I didn't stay to check nor did I feel like paying for the 1.5M. After this little run-in and utterly anemic service and support, I simply threw them out and went back to good old Actcom.
