1. I, for one, would accept this kind of E-mail messages.  A lot of
   progress in the Free Software world came through corporate sponsorship
   (including my own work on FriBidi).
   BTW, I see myself doing such projects in the future, depending upon
   interest and other commitments.

2. The bounty method is good for those projects, which interest
   individuals but don't interest corporations.

3. I understand that Hamakor is not yet approved for the purpose of tax
   credit on donations.  How can we arrange that the money donated for the
   proposed Shachar project to be either tax-deductible expense (for those
   of us who run businesses) or donation qualified for tax credit?
