The tarball compiles without any glitch, and installs in /usr/local/bin,
along with muttbug etc. All I do is to install it and then
[root@frodo]# cp /usr/local/bin/mutt/*.* /usr/bin
voila. I'm beginning to like tarballs - editing makefiles is fairly nice
- especially when I can junk stuff I don't normally use (like pgp support)
and get a slightly leaner install.
Mutt seems to be getting fatter and fatter - each version is a few (upto
200k) larger than the previous one. It's still ~far~ slimmer than PINE,
though :)
BTW - the mail-followup-to: header (in list mail) lists <sender> and
<list> - so when I press L, the original sender is cc'd along with the
list.
I get the digest, so no hassles (I can catch mail meant for me earlier),
but those who are on the regular list may not exactly enjoy getting two
copies. [Which is why I deleted your name from the cc:, Binand] :)
Fixes?
