Check out any textbook on C/C++.Most of them have the
algorithm's and/or Program Code itself.I coded one in my early days in
C, too. Most textbooks start with the towers oh Hanoi Problem, and
then go onto this .. :o)

Read the GPL,the Artistic License, and whatever other licenses
that software is usually released under... and you would then figure
out what to release ~your~ software under.
