Okay I downloaded the rpms of sendmail 8.10 and upgraded my sendmail. I then
made the usual changes to /etc/mail/sendmail.cf. I then sent a test mail to
one of my other accounts using mutt. When I went online using wvdial, the
maillog is showing messages recieved but the /var/spool/mail/spavri is empty
and when I looked in mqueue, the messages there are multiplying like rabbits
on viagra (at last count, there were about 150 of them) I then killed wvdial
and here I am.
I remember Suresh saying after the upgrade that his mails once ended up in
/dev/null well I think I am in the same boat. Mutt does not show any new
mails though maillog shows new ones coming in.
